Binghatti’s Bugatti Residences is the world’s first Bugatti Residences in Dubai. Binghatti Properties Investments Limited, based in the UAE, and Bugatti, a French premium brand, collaborated on the project. The future construction will include two towers with 45 residential levels that will be reminiscent of Bugatti’s home, Château Saint-Jean, and will have French Riviera feelings, making it a true masterpiece ensconced in Business Bay.
There will be a total of 182 residences. The Riviera Mansion Collection features two-bedroom mansions in Cannes, three-bedroom mansions in St. Tropez, and four-bedroom homes in Monaco. The premium Sky Mansion Penthouse Collection has 11 sky mansion penthouses that will appeal to individuals who want to experience metropolitan culture at a higher level of living.
